By accessing or using RealVow (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
RealVow provides a searchable directory of wedding venues with pricing information aggregated from publicly available sources and venue-provided materials. The Service is informational only. We do not book venues, broker contracts, collect payments on behalf of venues, or act as an agent for any venue or user.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service by automated means;
- Use the Service to send spam, harass venues, or engage in unlawful activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or other users' accounts;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute Service content without our written permission.
5. Venue Listings and Pricing Information
Venue information, including pricing, capacity, and availability, is provided for general reference and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Pricing reflects our best effort to capture publicly available rates at a point in time; actual costs, fees, taxes, gratuities, and terms vary and are set solely by each venue. You must confirm all pricing and contract terms directly with the venue before making any commitment. RealVow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the venues listed unless explicitly stated.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service contains links to venue websites and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your interactions with any venue or third party, including any transactions, inquiries, or disputes, are solely between you and that party.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by RealVow or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that venue information is accurate, complete, or current.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealVow and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealVow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RealVow is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practical. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
